Dave Michul, General Manager, Beckstoffer Vineyards, Napa Valley
A part of the Beckstoffer Team since 1997, Dave oversees all viticulture operations in Napa, with responsibility for vineyard planning and management. A graduate of Cal Poly with a degree in Fruit Science, Dave knows our Napa Valley vineyards better than nearly anyone. He treats each block like one of his children, nurturing each vine to be the best it can be, year after year. When not in the vineyard, Dave can usually be found on the bocce ball court or tending his latest “garagiste” wine.

Paul Roussopoulos, Shop Manager, Beckstoffer Vineyards, Napa Valley
Paul maintains the Napa Valley equipment fleet and manages our Napa Valley shop operations, a hands-on responsibility that requires real skill gained from years on the job. A member of the Beckstoffer Vineyards team since 1995, Paul has seen the company grow from a handful of large open-cab tractors and a few pick- ups to GPS-guided mechanical harvesters, electromagnetic sprayers, and bio-diesel powered pickups. When modern technology can’t provide the machine or part that we need, Paul will often make it for us. As if he doesn’t get enough grease on his hands at work, Paul spends his weekends working on and racing his custom vintage cars.

Jim Lincoln, Vineyard Manager, Beckstoffer Vineyards, Napa Valley
Jim is the latest in a long line of Lincolns who have had a special role in the history of land stewardship and grape growing in the Napa Valley. A member of the Beckstoffer Vineyards team since 2002, with a degree in Ag Science and Management from UC Davis, Jim today manages farming operations in the down-Valley ranches, from South Oakville to Carneros. An avid horseman and farmer, Jim brings many years of hands- on experience and knowledge to our farming team.

When away from work, he enjoys golfing, snowboarding, and spending time with his family, friends and his dogs.
