| The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard offers beautiful plum, black cherry, wet stone, bay leaf, and spicy oak characteristics. Elegant, fresh, medium to full-bodied, and very Graves-like with moderate tannins as well as lush fruit, the 2007 is superior and better-balanced than the 2006. Drink it over the next 12-15 years. |
