| The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard displays this vineyards elegance, cedary spiciness, crème de cassis, and licorice characteristics along with a deep, full-bodied, rich personality revealing subtle hints of mint and new oak. The wine is dense and multilayered with lovely texture as well as length. Give it 2-3 years of cellaring, and drink it over the following two decades. |
