Dave Michul, President and Chief Operating Officer, Beckstoffer Vineyards Farming Services Company
A part of the Beckstoffer Team since 1997, Dave oversees all viticulture operations in Napa, with responsibility for vineyard planning and management. A graduate of Cal Poly with a degree in Fruit Science, Dave knows our Napa Valley vineyards better than nearly anyone. He treats each block like one of his children, nurturing each vine to be the best it can be, year after year. When not in the vineyard, Dave can usually be found on the bocce ball court or tending his latest “garagiste” wine.
Joe Hurlbut, Chief Financial Officer, Beckstoffer Vineyards Farming Services Company
Joe is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Beckstoffer Vineyards Farming Services. Joe previously worked as the controller of a winery in Mendocino County before joining the Beckstoffer organization in 2001. He graduated from San Jose State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. His upper division course work concentrations were in Finance and Accounting. Joe is very active in the Mendocino County Farm Bureau and has served as the organization’s Treasurer for many years. Joe and his wife love dogs and they are both active in supporting the local animal rescue in Redwood Valley.
