Mauricio was born and raised in Sonoma County and comes from four generations of farmers specializing in ranching and agriculture. Working with his father in the vineyards of Dry Creek Valley since the age of 14 taught him appreciation for the vines and soils. His love of fermentation science led him to study Viticulture and Enology, and in turn, a career in winemaking and vineyard management. His experience in winemaking brings a level of expertise in grape polyphenols and phenolic compounds. When not looking after the vines at Beckstoffer Vineyards, you can find Mauricio golfing, spending time with his family, or cooking Paella recipes.

Jim Lincoln, Vineyard Manager, Beckstoffer Vineyards, Napa Valley
Jim is the latest in a long line of Lincolns who have had a special role in the history of land stewardship and grape growing in the Napa Valley. A member of the Beckstoffer Vineyards team since 2002, with a degree in Ag Science and Management from UC Davis, Jim today manages farming operations in the down-Valley ranches, from South Oakville to Carneros. An avid brewer and farmer, Jim brings many years of hands- on experience and knowledge to our farming team.

Paul Roussopoulos, Shop Manager, Beckstoffer Vineyards, Napa Valley
Joining Beckstoffer Vineyards in 1995 as Shop Manager, Paul Roussopoulos is a Minnesota native that began his career as a technician and business owner in the marine and power sports field. After devoting 15 years in that industry, Paul turned his attention to California agriculture – first as a mechanic for Trefethen Vineyards in the Napa Valley, followed by a role as Shop foreman for Nicholas Turkey Farms in Sonoma County. Paul has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of Beckstoffer Vineyards. He, his Wife Christine and their Airedale Terrier “Butch” enjoy lakeside life in Northeast Napa County. In his spare time, Paul likes working on his property, projects in his home shop and finds enjoyment tinkering with his old motorcycles and vintage sports car collection.
